The website www.domeliasluxuryapartments.gr (hereinafter the “Website”) has been created by the company under the name IOANNIDI G.Domeniki (hereinafter the “COMPANY”) for the purpose of providing information and access to internet services and other related services allowed by law and ethics for visitors/users of the Website. Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of use of the Website. Each time you use the Website, you agree that you accept in full and without reservation the terms and conditions of use contained herein and are bound to comply with them. The invalidity of a specific term of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms, but shall cease to apply automatically. The competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall be the Courts of Athens.
